Service Description

Jaapak is a free japa counter app featuring a digital 108-bead mala, custom sounds, sadhana statistics, and optional Google Drive backup.

The jaapak.com website publishes articles based on Shri Premanand Ji Maharaj's satsangs.

User Responsibility

You will use the app and website only for lawful purposes. You will not engage in any misuse, hacking, or unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property

The Jaapak app code, design, and branding are the property of Satish Sahu. Blog content is derived from Shri Premanand Ji Maharaj's satsangs and published with proper attribution.

Satsang videos are the property of the Bhajan Marg YouTube channel. We only embed and link. We do not copy.

Data and Backup

Your japa data is stored on your device. If you turn on Google Drive backup, the backup is saved to your own Google Drive account and nowhere else. We are not responsible for data loss. Keeping backups is your responsibility.

Service Changes

We may modify, update, or discontinue the app or website without prior notice.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Jaapak is provided "as is". We do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

Jaapak or its creator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or website.
